The difference

From buried to handled.

Clear out the backlog once. Your valet keeps it that way.

Illustrative example
How it works

Three steps to a quieter inbox.

Connect Gmail

Sign in with Google. InboxValet reads sender names, dates, and subject lines — never the body of your emails.

See what's cluttering your inbox

Your senders are grouped into clear categories like old newsletters and shopping, with counts for each.

Clean up, then set it and forget it

Clear out existing mail in one click, and set rules so future mail from those senders is trashed or marked read as it arrives.

Features

What InboxValet does.

Bulk clean up

Trash or mark read years of mail from any sender or category at once. You see the exact count before anything moves.

Rules for future mail

Choose what happens to new mail from each sender. Your valet checks every 15 minutes.

One-click unsubscribe

Unsubscribe from senders that support it, right from your sender list.

Undo any cleanup

Every cleanup can be undone from your Activity page.

Your important mail is protected

Starred, important, and labeled emails are never touched.

Your data

Your email stays yours.

InboxValet only needs to know who sent an email, when, and its subject line. The body of your email is never read.

Nothing is permanently deletedMail goes to your Gmail Trash, where you can restore it.

How InboxValet uses your Gmail data

What we read: sender, date, subject line, labels, and unsubscribe headers. We never read the body of your emails.

What we do: move mail to Trash or mark it read — only when you tell us to, either with a cleanup you confirm or a rule you set.

What we never do: permanently delete mail, send email on your behalf, sell your data, show you ads, or use your data to train AI models.

Trash is recoverable: anything InboxValet moves to Trash stays in your Gmail Trash, where you can restore it, until Gmail empties it.

You're in control: delete your account and all of your data anytime from Billing. You can also remove InboxValet's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account's third-party access settings.

InboxValet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
